Terms & Amenities

Full Catered events will include:

Properly attired wait staff, standard disposable plates, eating utensils and napkins. Necessary condiments and serving utensils will also be provided. Your buffet table will have a beautiful presentation of your selected menu. We will deliver, most times 2 hours prior to your event and breakdown after 2 hours. Additional hours of service will require an additional fee.

Payments:

All prices for full catered events are subjected to a 16% service charge and a 6% sales tax. Gratuity is optional. Final balance must be paid 5 days prior to the event. Orders of last minute requests require full payment prior to event.

Final count is required at least one (1) week prior to your event, or in case of a last minute contract, additional fees may apply. Changes to lower your count can not be made once we have agreed upon final arrangements; although you may increase you count with additional fees. Any changes made less than 48 hours will result in a $125.00 service fee, plus additional applicable increase in per person charge.​

Schedule:

Services for last minute events requires: 2-3 weeks for 100 persons or more; 1-2 weeks for 50 persons or more; 72 hours to 1 week for less than 50 persons. We cannot guarantee dates without a contractual agreement. Of course, our wish is to assist you with planning your event, so the earlier you schedule your date the better. There is an additional fee for requests for service made within 24-72 hours.

Confirmation/Cancellation:

A 50% deposit is due upon acceptance of the contract. Balance is due 72 hours before the event date. An additional deposit is required for events scheduled within 1 week – 24 hours of event. A 25% cancellation charge of total order will be charged. Cancellations or non-committal agreements made within (2-4) weeks of event is subject to loss of 50% of total order including expenses. In the event of the cancellation occurring within seven days (7) of your booked event, you will be liable for the entire event balance.  All deposits to secured vendors are non- refundable if cancellations/broken contracts are made within 2 weeks or less of scheduled event. A 15% late fee added for all unpaid corporate balances after 30 days. $75.00 for all NSF returns.

Drop Off Catering:

Food will be delivered in disposable aluminum pans. We will not provide any disposable plates or eating utensils without prior arrangements. We will arrive 1 hour prior to your event, unless other arrangements are made. Delivery and/or travel fees are contingent upon delivery location. All contracts are subject to 6% sales tax unless waived by appropriate documentation.

Staffing:

Wait staff, Buffet Attendants and Servers – up to 4 hours at $100.00 per person, additional hours $25.00. Bartenders – up to 5 hours $120.00, $25.00 per additional hour. Bus Personnel – 4 hours at $80.00 at $20 per additional hour. BBQ Grill Chef fee $150.00 for 4 hours, $25.00 per additional hour. Personal Chef fee $30.00 per hour.

Additional Services:

Linen Service: $8.00 per 6-8ft Table; $40.00 Linen & Skirting / .50 for linen napkins.

China Service: $5.00 per person, includes china plates & stainless steel flat wear with linen napkin.

Prestige Ware Disposable: Premium silver-like disposable flat wear and Black or Clear Plastic plates -- 2.50 per person. Clear Plastic Disposables are available for $1.25 per person

Punch Fountain Rental: $85.00

Beverage Service: Harvest Tea Blend & Lemonade, Add $1.00 per person, Lime Water, add .50 per person; Bottled Water, Soft Beverages, add $1.00 per person; Coffee Service, $75.00 – 50 cups, includes all condiments.

Buffet Time Limitations: In compliance with the Health Department’s regulations, food can be left out for no more than 2 hours. Any food left in chafers on the buffet will be taken down after the 2 hour limit and disposed of appropriately. We cannot be held responsible and offer any carry-outs or food packaged after our service has been completed. A waiver must be signed by the Client, (prior to service) who will assume all liability resulting in failure to properly maintain safe food temp's and storage of any food items not placed on buffet.
